Bates Leather Balsam is a rich wax dressing that is specially formulated to maintain the proper level of moisture and protection for your Bates leather saddles. All Bates Saddles are hand selected, grade one, full grain, pure aniline dyed European leather. Proper care extends the life of your leather, maximizes the performance of your saddle and allows the leather to achieve the traditional rich patina of aged worked leather.
